摘要

职业院校班主任兼具大学生成人和成才教育的双重职责。目前部分职业院校采用了专业教师兼职班主任的创新人才管理模式。实践证实,专业教师担任兼职班主任对大学生专业引导、创新能力培养和职业生涯规划等方面具有优势。本文将进一步对专业教师参与思想教育管理工作存在的认知误区、必要性及结合我院实施经验进行分析和探讨,充分发挥专业教师兼职班主任在思想教育管理工作中的作用。
        The Dual Responsibilities of the College Teachers and the Adult and the Adult Education. At present,some vocational colleges employ a professional teacher part-time teacher of the innovative talent management model. Practice has proved that professional teachers as part-time teacher on the professional guidance of college students,innovation ability training and career planning has advantages. This paper will further analyze and discuss the cognitive errors and necessity of the participation of professional teachers in the management of ideological education,and give full play to the role of professional teachers as part-time teacher in ideological and educational management.
