摘要
在柳钢板坯2号连铸机生产管线钢L415-1S时,采用射钉法在不同位置测量断面尺寸220 mm×1 500 mm在1.27 m/min拉速下的凝固坯壳厚度,进而确定液相穴长度以及凝固终点,并将测量结果与现有铸机模型计算进行对比。
In the production of pipeline steel L415-1S with No.2 Slab Caster, the thickness of the solidified shell with cross-section dimensions of 220 mm ×1 500 mm and at casting speed of 1.27 m/min was measured at different positions by using the nail-shooting method, and then the liquid core length and the solidification end point were determined, and the measurement results were compared with those calculated by the existing caster model.
