摘要

出于减少生产活动中的危险行为、提高煤矿企业行为管理水平等目的,基于煤矿企业在管理煤矿开采行为中所存在的问题,叙述了煤矿行为安全管理模式,分析了煤矿行为安全管理及预警方法,并进一步探讨了行为安全管理的保障机制。
        In order to reduce the dangerous behaviors in production activities and improve the management level of coal mine enterprises, combined with the problems existing in the management of coal mining behavior in coal mining enterprises, this paper described the mode of Behavior-based Safety, analyzed the Behavior-based Safety and the early warning method and further discussed the guarantee mechanism of Behavior-based Safety.
