摘要
在将医疗技术引入医疗机构的过程中,医疗机构的决策层常需要进行快速决策,传统的卫生技术评估(HTA)作为用于指导卫生决策的重要工具可以取代经验模式,但对于需要快速决策但资源有限的医疗机构而言,开展传统的HTA存在诸多困难,因此,亟需一种针对医疗机构层面的HTA方法。Mini-卫生技术评估(Mini-HTA)是应用循证医学和传统卫生技术评估原理和方法,基于医疗机构实际需求,对卫生技术做出全面系统评价,为医疗机构决策层提供决策参考。文章介绍国内外Mini-HTA开展情况,对于医疗机构Mini-HTA指标体系和评估方法进行探索,旨在为医疗机构提供一种适宜的卫生技术评估方法,为医疗机构决策和技术实施提供科学的循证决策依据。
        In the process of introdsucing medical technology to medical institutions,medical institutions of policy makers often need to make quick decisions. The traditional health technology assessment( HTA) was used as an important tool to guide the health decisions of health technology assessment rather than the empirical mode.However,for medical institutions with limited resources,it was difficult to carry out the traditional HTA,therefore,a HTA method was needed for different levels of medical institutions. Mini-health technology assessment( Mini-HTA) is the application of evidence-based medicine and the principle and method of traditional health technology assessment based on the actual demand of medical institutions and on health technology assessment. It's a comprehensive system for policy makers to provide decision-making reference for medical institutions. Mini-HTA to carry out the situation both at home and abroad has been introduced in this paper,and it explored the feasibility of our country medical institutions in adopting Mini-HTA operation procedure and evaluation system so as to provides good evidence-based decision-making basis for timely assessment and decision-making and technical implementation of medical institutions.
