摘要
通过建立高血糖高血脂小鼠模型,研究籽瓜浓缩汁的降血糖及降血脂活性。利用四氧嘧啶,链脲佐菌素建立高血糖高血脂小鼠模型,记录小鼠体重,分别测定高血糖小鼠模型的血糖值,糖耐量和高血脂小鼠模型的总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,并研究对高血脂小鼠肝脏的影响。结果表明籽瓜浓缩汁对正常小鼠的血糖血脂无影响,与模型组相比,籽瓜浓缩汁中,低剂量组的降血糖及降血脂效果优于高剂量组,改善糖耐量,并降低高血脂小鼠的血脂水平,同时对肝脏细胞还具有一定的保护作用。
        The hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities of seed watermelon juice concentrate were studied by establishing a model of hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia in mice. The model of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia was established by alloxan and streptozotocin. The body weight of the hyperglycemia mice model was recorded,both the blood glucose level and glucose tolerance were measured;at the same time,the total cholesterol and triglyceride content of hyperlipemia mice model were determined respectively. The effects on the liver of hyperlipidemic mice were also studied.The results showed that the watermelon juice concentrate had no effect on blood glucose and blood lipids in normal mice. Compared with the model group,the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects of medium-dose and low-dose groups were better than high-dose group,improving glucose tolerance and reducing hyperlipidemia lipid levels in mice,in the meantime it has certain protective effect on liver cells.
