摘要

目前,江西省非物质文化遗产数字化保护工作取得了一定的成绩,表现在各级政府科学规划,出台了系列政策,非物质文化遗产"数字化"建设已着手实施;企业应时而动,将非遗"数字化"建设纳入生产性保护与产业化运营流程;高校积极参与,致力于非遗"数字化"保护技术的研究和开发。但工作之中,也存在着一定的问题,体现在非物质文化遗产"数字化"保护工作缺乏上级管理部门指导及足够的资金支持;非物质文化遗产数据库建设乏力,相关数字网站建设相对滞后;非物质文化遗产"数字化"保护、开发的专业人才匮乏,基层工作人员技能尤为偏低;非物质文化遗产"数字化"保护和开发的科技技术以及先进设备缺乏。要改善这些状况,有必要完善非物质文化遗产保护工作职能部门建设;建立完善的非物质文化遗产的数据库;积极构建非物质文化遗产数字化博物馆;提升基层工作人员技能;进一步发挥高校在数字化保护与开发中的重要作用。
        At present, the digital protection work of intangible cultural heritage has made some achievements in Jiangxi province. First, under scientific planning from all levels of government, digitalization of intangible cultural heritage has been put into practice based on a series of policies; Secondly, enterprises participate in time by incorporating the construction of the "digitization" into the process of productive protection and industrial operation; and colleges and universities actively commit to the research and development of its "digital" protection technology. However, there are also some problems in the work in the "digital" protection of intangible cultural heritage, including inadequate guidance and financial support from superior departments; weak and relatively backward construction of the database; insufficient professional talents as well as advanced technology and equipment, especially in primary level, to protect and develop its "digitalization". In order to improve the situation, it is necessary to improve the construction of functional departments for the protection of intangible cultural heritage, establish a comprehensive database, actively construct the digital museum, upgrade the skills of primary-level staff, and give full play to the colleges and universities.
