摘要

针对我国中低收入群体的住房问题,《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出,要研究建立住宅政策性金融机构。从国际经验来看,大多数国家是通过建立住宅政策性金融机构的方式来解决中低收入群体的住房问题,研究各国住宅政策性金融机构的经验和特点,对我国建立住宅政策性金融机构具有重要意义。
        For the housing problems of middle and low-income groups in China, Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues of deepening reform in a comprehensive way clearlyproposed the establishment of housing policy financial institutions. In the view of international experiences, mostcountries take the construction of housing policy financial institutions to solve this problem. This paper summarizesthe experience and characteristics of the development of housing policy financial institutions in various countries,which is of great significance for establishing housing policy financial institutions in China.
