摘要

张怀亮教授提出的三焦辨治是一种全新的辨治体系。新型三焦辨治体系是以六腑三焦为理论基础,注重六腑三焦通道的畅通,力求三焦气化的正常进行。该体系将和少阳、祛痰湿、理气血作为基本治法,方用宣达饮加减。辨证时主张首辨六腑三焦的畅通与否,以少阳病、痰湿、相火、气滞、瘀血为辨证点,再辨脏腑功能,据此加减用药。
        Three Burners differentiation proposed by Professor Zhang Huailiang is a new system of syndrome differentiation and treatment. It is based on the theories of Liu Fu and Three Burner in TCM,focusing on the smooth flow of the channels the normal Qi operation of Liu Fu and Three Burners. The basic treatment method includes harmonizing method in curing Shaoyang disease,dispelling Phlegm and Dampness method and regulating Qi and blood method,with modified Xuan Da Drink being the frequently used prescriptions. In case of dialectical differentiation,it is advocated that whether the Liu Fu and Three Burners are blocked or not,with the symptoms of Shaoyang disease,Phlegm and Dampness,ministerial fire,Qi stagnation and Blood stasis being the diagnosis points to distinguish the function of the Zang and Fu,and then the drugs and prescriptions are used accordingly.
