摘要
基于云铜西南铜业分公司贵金属工艺流程构建了金属回收率模型。该模型以内部付出率、内部损失率、外部回收率、单位投入量、循环次数为影响因子,分析在一定工艺效果前提下各参数与末端工艺段回收率的关系。通过对模型的计算分析,确定了单一因子变化、双因子变化对回收率的影响趋势,以及内部付出率、内部损失率、外部回收率细微变化时对回收率的贡献量;并确定了3个参数间的影响大小顺序。同时介绍了该模型在实际生产中的应用情况。
        A metal recovery rate model was constructed based on precious metal process in Southwest Copper Industry Branch of Yunnan Copper Industry( Group) Co Ltd. With interior payout ratio,interior loss rate,external recovery rate,unit input and cycle index as impact factors,the relationships among the impact factors and the final process recovery rate were analyzed with this model under the premise of a certain processing effect. Through computational analysis for the model,the effect trends of variation in the single impact factor and double impact factors for recovery rate were confirmed. The impact sequence for the variation in interior payout ratio,interior loss rate and external recovery rate for the total recovery rate were also determined. Finally,an application of this model in the actual production was introduced.
