摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)建立同时分析检测玻璃酒瓶中Cr、Fe、Zn、Ga、As、Cd、Ba、Pb迁移量的方法,同时优化了样品前处理方法及仪器工作条件,实验线性相关系数均大于0.9996,背景等效浓度(BEC)保持在0.0003~0.6984μg/L之间,检出限均低于0.4751μg/L,各待测元素的加标回收率在95%~105%之间,RSD均低于5%,本方法具有较好的精密度和准确度,检测结果准确可靠。应用本方法跟踪检测S.X、H.N、Z.K 3个厂家连续4个批次共240个样品中Cr、Fe、Zn、Ga、As、Cd、Ba、Pb等8种金属元素迁移量,对比分析不同批次样品的重金属迁移量稳定性和不同厂家重金属迁移平均值。结果表明,Z.K厂家的不同批次产品的重金属迁移量稳定性较好,重金属迁移量较少,产品质量较好,本次实验给企业采购不同厂家的玻璃瓶产品提供了数据依据,给企业进行金属元素迁移的风险评估提供了数据支撑。
A method for simultaneous determination of Cr, Fe, Zn, Ga, As, Cd, Ba and Pb in glass bottles by ICP-MS had been developed. The pretreatment of samples and the working conditions of the instruments were optimized at the same time. The linear correlation coefficient of the experiment was more than 0.9996, the background equivalent concentration remained between 0.0003 μg/L to0.6984 μg/L, the detection limit was lower than 0.4751 μg/L, the recovery rate of the added standard of all the elements was 95 % to105 %, and RSD was less than 5 %. This method had good precision and accuracy, and the test results were accurate and reliable.This method was used to track and detect the migration of Cr, Fe, Zn, Ga, As, Cd, Ba and Pb in 240 samples(four consecutive production batches from three manufacturers named S.X, H.N and Z.K), and the stability and the mean value of heavy metal migration in samples between different batches from different manufacturers were compared. The results showed that the stability of samples from manufacturer Z.K was the best, and its heavy metal migration was little. The experiment provided data basis for purchasing glass bottles from different manufacturers and data support for assessing the risk of metal element migration in distilleries.
