摘要
文章根据乐山师范学院工科人才培养的实际情况,分析了师范院校在工科专业人才培养方面存在的弊端,指出师范院校工科人才培养的关键在于工程应用型创新人才的培养;针对本校工科人才培养特点初步提出了课程改革和优化课堂教学模式的思路、完善并加强实验实践教学体系,采用校校合作或校企合作的模式,弥补由于经费不足导致的实验建设受限的问题,创造创新环境与氛围,建立完善的学生评价体系。
According to the actual situation of engineering personnel training in Leshan Normal University, the paper analyzed the disadvantages of normal colleges and universities in the training of engineering professionals, and pointed out that the key of the training of engineering talents lies in the cultivation of engineering and innovative talents. To match the cultivation characteristics of engineering personnel, ideas on curriculum reform and the optimization of classroom teaching mode were put forward, the experimental and practical teaching system was perfected and strengthened, and the mode of cooperation between schools or schools and enterprises was adopted to make up for obstructed experimental construction due to lack of funds, create an innovative environment and atmosphere and establish a sound student evaluation system.
