摘要
常规铜冶炼工况下,在阳极板浇铸设备与电解加工设备之间用叉车转运阳极板存在明显弊端。本文对此进行分析,设计出一种可以实现阳极板自动转运的生产线,将圆盘浇铸机和阳极整形机组有机融合,实现了阳极板转运的机械化及自动化,取代了传统的叉车转运作业,降低了安全隐患和人工成本。
Under the conventional copper smelting conditions, there are obvious drawbacks in using the forklift to transport the anode plate between the anode plate casting equipment and the electrolytic processing equipment. This paper analyzes this and designs a production line that can realize the automatic transfer of the anode plate. The disc casting machine and the anode shaping unit are organically integrated to realize the mechanization and automation of the anode plate transfer, replacing the traditional forklift transfer operation and reducing safety hazards and labor costs.
