开采扰动对中关铁矿堵水帷幕稳定性影响的数值模拟研究

摘要
注浆堵水帷幕技术在矿山基建和生产期可有效地堵截地下水而被众多大水矿山采用,矿山开采的同时需疏干堵水帷幕内围岩中的地下水,为探究疏干排水后开采扰动对堵水帷幕稳定性的影响规律,以中关铁矿堵水帷幕为研究对象,在详细分析矿区地质资料、帷幕内外水位变化规律的基础上,建立堵水帷幕三维地质、力学模型,采用数值模拟方法,分析疏干排水与开采扰动联合作用对堵水帷幕稳定性的影响。结果表明,堵水帷幕与强渗透性围岩接触区域及刚度与围岩差异较大区域,易形成高应力集中区;疏干排水与开采扰动联合作用对堵水帷幕、堵水帷幕与围岩接触区域应力场分布具有显著影响,矿床开采边界距帷幕越近,影响越显著。研究结果可为堵水帷幕稳定性监测提供依据。
        Grouting curtain technology can effectively plug groundwater in mine infrastructure and production period,therefore it is adopted by many large amount of water gushing mines.The underground water in the surrounding rock should be drained at the same time of mining.To explore the influence of mining disturbance on stability of water plugging curtain after dewatering,the water plugging curtain of Zhongguan Iron Mine was taken as the research object.On the basis of detailed analysis of hydrogeology,engineering geology and the law of water level changes inside and outside the curtain,a three-dimensional geological and mechanical model of water plugging curtainwere established.Using the numerical simulation method,the combined influence of combined dewatering and mining disturbance on the stability of water plugging curtain was analyzed.The results indicated that:The contact area of water plugging curtain and strong permeable surrounding rock,regions with large differences in stiffness and surrounding rock were easy to form high stress concentration area;the combined influence of dewatering and mining disturbance had a significant effect on the stress distribution in the contact area between water plugging curtain and surrounding rock.The closer the mining boundary away from the curtain,the more significant the influence was.The research can provide a basis for monitoring the stability of water plugging curtain.
