摘要
针对电气火灾、台风暴雨、10kV电缆盗割等引起的用户停电问题和"三防"服务体系的电气火灾、设备浸水和电缆盗割的相关内容,介绍了项目主站层、通信层和数据层三层架构的模式,阐述了"三防"服务体系中一款APP、两种算法和三项功能,总结了"三防"服务体系预期的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper first introduces the problems of user power outage caused by electric fire,typhoon and rainstorm,10 kV cable theft and so on,and the related contents of electrical fire,equipment immersion and cable theft in the "three defense" service system.Then,it introduces the three layers of the main station,communication layer and data layer,and then introduces the "three defenses".In the service system,an APP,two algorithms and three functions are summarized.Finally,the expected economic and social benefits of the "three defense" service system are summarized.
