ALA-PDT联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣具有较好的疗效和安全性

摘要
为分析氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及可靠性,本研究选取自2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的100例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。其中,对照组采取微波治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治愈率和不良反应发生率,随访半年观察有复发情况并记录数据。结果显示,观察组治愈率为84.0%,对照组为60.0%,观察组治愈率显著更高,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组中不良反应例数为9例,不良反应率为18.0%;对照组不良反应例数为11例,不良反应率为22.0%,两组患者的不良反应发生率无统计学意义(p=0.402);随访观察发现观察组复发率为12%,对照组为30%,对照组显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。本研究结果表明,ALA-PDT联合微波治疗尖锐湿疣具有较好的临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性、复发率低,值得在临床中推广使用。
        In order to analyze the clinical efficacy and reliability of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) combined with microwave in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, 100 inpatients with condyloma acuminata from January 2015 to December 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=50). The control group received microwave treatment, the observation group got addition treatment of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy. Compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate in two groups, and followed up a 6-month observation to check and record the recurrence data. The results showed that the cure rate of the observation group and the control group was 84.0% and 60.0% respectively. The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9 and the adverse reaction rate was 18.0%.The number of adverse reactions in the control group was 11 and the adverse reaction rate was 22.0%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(p=0.402). Follow-up observation showed that the recurrence rate of observation group was 12%, the recurrence rate of control group was 30%, the control group was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant.(p<0.05). It could infer that use ALA-PDT combined with microwave in the treatment of condyloma has good clinical efficacy, and high safety, low recurrence rate, it is worth to promote in clinical.
