中国城乡居民食物消费水足迹变化及影响因素

摘要
基于水足迹理论,在1990-2015年中国居民各类食物消费统计量的基础上,分别测算城镇和农村居民食物消费的绿水、蓝水、灰水足迹,采用结构分解法将不同时期城镇与农村居民食物消费水足迹的变化量分别分解为由人口规模、人均食物消费量、食物消费结构三个因素引起的变化量。研究结果表明:1)中国城镇与农村居民人均食物消费水足迹没有明显差异; 2)中国居民食物消费水足迹呈明显的上升趋势,人口规模增长与食物消费结构变化是中国居民食物消费水足迹上升的主要驱动因素; 3)城镇化导致城镇居民食物消费水足迹增长,农村居民食物消费水足迹减少。
        Based on rural and urban food consumption data and virtual water content in different foods,rural and urban water footprints for food consumption in China,including green,blue and grey water footprints,were accounted in 1990-2015.Structural decomposition method was adapted and applied to decompose temporal changes of urban and rural water footprints for food consumption into three factors,i.e.,population,per capita food consumption,and food consumption structure.The following conclusions can be drawn:( 1) Per capita urban and rural water footprints for food consumption did not show much difference.( 2) Water footprint for food consumption in China presented an increasing trend in 1990-2015.Major factors that drove the increase of water footprint were population and food consumption structure changes.( 3) Urbanization resulted in increasing urban water footprint and decreasing rural water footprint for food consumption.
