摘要

文章介绍拟建的脂肪酸连续精馏装置的工艺流程,着重利用模拟软件Aspen One对多组分脂肪酸连续精馏进行模拟和分析,最终确定塔的最佳进料位置、最佳进料温度、塔顶最佳操作压力、回流比,以及侧线抽出量对分离效果的影响,并计算了塔板水力学,给出填料的操作负荷性能图。
        The article aims at the description of a new process system of fatty acids continuous distillation, and emphasizes on the process simulation by Aspen One, and the optimal operation conditions effects on the separation effect, via a series of sensitivity analysises, including the optimum operation temperature and pressure, the number of inlet stage, the reflux ratio, and the side line withdraw. In addition, draws out the capacity graphs, according to the calculation results of column plate hydraulics.
