摘要
为解决辣椒等小颗粒、不规整种子机械化精量排种问题,设计了一种气吹悬浮供种的气吸滚筒式排种器。为此,阐述了气吹悬浮供种的气吸滚筒式排种器的工作原理,确定了各部件主要结构参数,并对种子吸附过程进行了力学分析。以新疆新选8819辣椒种子为试验对象,通过正交试验方法对影响排种器性能因素进行分析,得出影响排种器性能因素的主次顺序为气室压力、滚筒转速、吸种角度。当吸种角度为20°、种箱气室正压值为2kPa、滚筒转速为12r/min时,可获得单粒率为91.5%、多粒率为5.4%、漏播率为3.2%。经试验验证,样机满足辣椒育苗精量播种的种植要求。
        In order to solve the problem of precision metering for small and irregular seed. A kind of Seed Metering Device with roller of Air-suction by airborne seeding. In this paper,the working principle of the Seed Metering Device with roller of Air-suction by airborne seeding is described. The main structural parameters of each component are determined,and the adsorption process of the seed is analyzed. New 8819 pepper seed made in Xin Jiang was selected as the test object,the factors of affecting the performance of seed metering device were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results showed that the primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the performance of the metering device were the chamber pressure,the drum speed and the suction angle. When the suction angle is 20 degrees,the positive pressure of the tank is 2 kPa,the drum speed is 12 r/min,showed that the single seed rate is 91. 5%,the multiple seed rate is 5.4% and the leakage rate is 3. 2%. Through the tested by the prototype,the device can meet the requirement of pepper seed precision seeding.
