中医传承辅助平台分析张伟教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的用药规律

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析总结张伟教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的组方及用药规律。方法:应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V1.1),通过构建中医药治疗COPD的方剂数据库,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对85首治疗COPD的方剂进行用药频次、组方规律及新方分析。结果:在研究的85首处方中,确定了处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合14个、新处方7个。结论:张伟教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要治则为健脾化痰、补肺活血、化痰止咳。
        Objective:Through traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system(V1.1),the prescription and medication rules of Professor ZHANG Wei in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were analyzed and summarized.Methods:The TCM inheritance support system(V1.1) was adopted to construct the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform.Based on the software integration of data mining methods,85 prescriptions for the treatment of COPD were analysised by medication frequency,composition rules and new prescriptions.Results:Based on the analysis of 85 cases of prescriptions,the frequency of each herbs and association rules were computed in the database,and 14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were explored from the database.Conclusion:The characteristics of Professor ZHANG Wei's treatment of COPD were strengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm,tonifying lung and promoting blood circulation,and preventing phlegm and stopping cough.
