王玉英教授临床应用四物汤经验

摘要
王玉英是北京中医药大学教授、主任医师,从事临床工作50余载,擅长用四物汤加味治疗妇科病,高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等老年病,痹症、周围神经病变、男性病以及各种疼痛病,疑难重症,为大量患者解除了困扰,对于此方的临床应用体会颇深。四物汤的原方及其加味临床中应用较为广泛,凡涉及血分病变,皆可应用。但四物汤性温,原方使用时应注意:血热证、热性体质、正在发炎情况、肠胃功能较差者慎用。但是通过用量和配伍的变化变通使用后可以扩大治疗范围。王玉英教授认为古人称四物汤谓"血家百病此方通",名副其实,临床中只要辨证准确,常常获得满意疗效。
Wang Yuying is the professor and the chief physician of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been engaged in clinical work for over 50 years. Prof. Wang is good at using siwutang to treat gynecopathy,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,bi syndrome,peripheral neuropathy,andropathy,as well as common painful disorders and intractable disorders. A rich of the experiences in the application of this formula have been accumulated. The original formula and the modified one have the wide indications in clinic. They are applicable for the disorders of blood system. But,siwutang is warm in nature and should be used very cautiously in treatment of blood heat syndrome,the patients with heat body constitution,inflammatory condition or the patients with weak intestinal and gastric functions. The over dosage and the modified composition of the formula extend the range of indications. Prof. Wang believes that the ancient scholar regards siwutang as the general formula for all of blood disorders. The satisfactory therapeutic effects are obtained in compliance with correct syndrome differentiation in TCM.
