摘要
逆向工程在现在产品设计制造中得到了广泛的应用。本文以滤咀排列鼓研究对象以PC-DMIS和NXUG8.5两种设计软件为平台,介绍了此产品的建模数控加工的整个过程。主要过程有在PC-DMIS软件中滤咀排列鼓点云技术处理,曲面的构建,然后导入到NXUG8.5软件中,进行数据的处理,模型的重构,得到完整的滤咀排列鼓模型,数控编程到实际加工。
Reverse engineering has been widely applied in product design and manufacture nowadays. Taking PC-DMIS and NXUG8.5 as the platform, this paper introduces the whole process of modeling and NC machining of the filter drum. The main process includes the processing of drum cloud technology of filter arrangement in PC-DMIS software and the construction of surface. Then it is imported into NXUG8.5 software to process data and reconstruct the model. The complete drum model of filter arrangement is obtained, and the NC programming is applied to actual processing.
