摘要

制造业是国际产能合作的重点产业。随着国际产能合作的逐步推进,中国对外直接投资不断扩大,对中国制造业出口技术水平的促进作用有待考量。本文采用出口技术复杂度衡量中国制造业对东亚16国出口贸易品技术含量,在此基础上,进一步考察对外直接投资、东道国要素禀赋、贸易开放度、东道国研发投入及其产权保护制度等因素对中国制造业出口技术和水平的影响。研究结果表明,中国对东亚16国的直接投资促进了中国对该区域制造业出口技术水平的提升;产权保护制度、东道国要素禀赋中的资本要素以及研发投入、贸易开放度变量均对中国制造业对东亚16国出口技术水平的提升起到了不同程度的促进作用,且中国对东亚国家OFDI对其制造业出口技术水平的提升是一个动态累积过程。
        Manufacturing is a key industry of international production capacity cooperation. With the gradual advancement of industry of international production capacity cooperation, China's foreign direct investment expands continuously, and the promotion of China's manufacturing export technological sophistication is yet to be considered. The paper takes export technological sophistication to measure the technological content of China's manufacturing exports to 16 East Asian countries, and further examines the influence of factors on China's manufacturing export technology and level, including foreign direct investment, host country factor endowments, trade openness, host country R&D investment, and its property rights protection system. The results of the study indicate that China's investment to East Asian countries has promoted the improvement of China's manufacturing export technology level. The property rights protection system, the capital elements in the factor endowments of the host country, and the R&D investment and trade openness variables have all contributed to the promotion of the Chinese manufacturing industry's upgrading of the technology levels of the 16 East Asian countries to varying degrees. The promotion of industry export technology level is a dynamic accumulation process.
