摘要
已证实体内过氧亚硝酸根离子与人体多种病理反应相关。采用S-亚硝基硫醇为一氧化氮供体化合物、水溶性优于核黄素的聚乙二醇化核黄素为光敏剂,在光照条件下各自分解出一氧化氮和超氧负离子,并迅速原位转化为过氧亚硝酸根离子。利用酪氨酸和牛血清白蛋白分别作为过氧亚硝酸根离子捕获剂,证实了这是一种体外产生过氧亚硝酸根的有效方法。
        Peroxynitrite has been associated with various pathological changes in the body.S-Nitroso alcohol was used as the nitric oxide donor compound,and the PEGylated riboflavin which the water solubility was better than riboflavin as the photosensitizer.Under the light conditions,the nitric oxide and the superoxide anion were decomposed separately.It was rapidly converted into the peroxynitrite ion.The tyrosine and bovine serum albumin were used respectively as peroxynitrite ion capture agent to be proved an effective method for producing peroxynitrite in vitro.
