摘要
对DP800双相钢在板料成形中的回弹进行了有限元模拟。以回弹角最小为判断依据,通过对其主要工艺参数的正交优化设计,得出回弹量最小的优化工艺参数组合。结果表明,对回弹角起主要影响的试验因素为压边力。其优化工艺参数为冲头速度8.00 m/s、压边力100 kN、摩擦系数0.14。
The springback of DP800 duplex steel in sheet metal forming was simulated by finite element method. Taking the minimum springback angle as judgment basis, through the orthogonal design of the main process parameters, the optimal process parameter combination with minimum springback was obtained. The results show that the main influence test factor on the springback angle is blank holder force. The optimized process parameters are punching speed of 8.00 m/s, blank holder force of 100 kN and friction coefficient of 0.14.
