摘要
试验研究了沸石粉掺合料对混凝土基本力学性能的影响。首先,通过正交试验确定强度等级为C35的沸石粉掺合料混凝土最佳配合比。然后,同时开展沸石粉混凝土与基准混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度试验。得到了强度随龄期的发展规律,分析了沸石粉掺合料对基本力学性能的影响。试验研究表明:沸石粉掺合料混凝土的抗压强度与劈拉强度均随龄期的增加而增长;沸石粉掺合料混凝土抗压强度与劈拉强度在各龄期均小于基准混凝土,但随龄期增长而不断接近;沸石粉掺合料混凝土抗压强度与劈拉强度增长速率在前期均低于基准混凝土但后期反超。
        The research focused on the effect that zeolite powder had on the basic mechanical properties of concrete.Firstly,the optimum ratio of the zeolite-containing concrete with C35 is determined by orthogonal test.Then,at the same time,the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength test of zeolite-containing concrete and the reference concrete were carried out.It revealed the law that the development of strength was related to age and analyzed the influence of the mixture of zeolite powder on the basic mechanical properties.The experimental study indicated that the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of the zeolite-containing concrete increase as the age increases,while smaller than reference concrete in each age.As the age increases,the gap narrows.Moreover,the growth rate of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of zeolite-containing concrete was lower than reference concrete in the early stage,but later overtake.
