摘要
将预制装配式建筑施工安全因素分为环境、人员、管理、设备、技术五类。通过专家打分,运用层次分析法对安全风险进行定性分析,得出所有风险的权重,并应用物元分析法的多级可拓原理建立风险模型。结合福建省实例进行施工安全风险进行评价,以此为预制装配式建筑施工安全风险管理提供借鉴。
The article divides the safety factors of prefabricated building construction into five categories: environment, personnel,management, equipment and technology. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to qualitatively analyze the security risks, and the weights of all risks are obtained. Then the multi-level extension principle of matter-element analysis method is used to establish the risk model. And the construction safety risk is evaluated in combination with the example of Fujian Province, which provides reference for prefabricated building construction safety risk management.
