摘要

噎膈与食管癌术后食管狭窄等梗阻症状相吻合,徐景藩教授指出本病初起气郁痰阻,久则瘀血内停,阴阳互结,疾病发生发展多与情志及阴液有关。临床治疗食管癌术后提出"六调法",即调和阴阳、调养脾肾、调畅气机、调补阴液、调营化瘀、调摄安和,并首创"糊剂卧位服药法"以助食管癌术后患者食道功能的整体恢复。
        Choking diaphragm coincides with esophagostenosis caused by postoperative esophagus cancer. Professor XU Jingfan has put forward that illness begins with qi stagnation and phlegm resistance,long seen blood stasis stagnation and yin yang intercourse. Professor XU has put forward that disease development has relations with emotion and yin fluid. Based on clinical treatment of postoperative esophageal cancer,Professor XU has put forward six harmonized treatments innovatively,regulating yin and yang,nourishing the spleen and stomach,normalizing qi functional activities,tonifying yin fluid,regulating ying qi and resolving stasis,building up health by rest and food,which has obtained great clinical curative effect. Professor XU Jingfan has created "taking paste medicine in decubitus position"to help overall recovery of esophageal function.
