新的国际意识形态统治与西方意识形态走向

摘要
鼓吹意识形态多元化的现代西方社会在对外政策上出现了意识形态化倾向,他们试图将自己的意识形态统治体系推向世界。冷战结束后的国际冲突一方面带有"雅尔塔协议"势力范围划分的影响痕迹,另一方面带有更加严肃的意识形态基础,即意识形态统治,亲西方的民主势力得到实际的援助和舆论的支持。现代西方社会占统治地位的意识形态变成了关于人权、民主、市场经济、普世价值等神圣概念的世俗化的宗教,并试图冒充为科学的和普遍的体系,在本质上呈现出意识形态一元化趋势。他们依靠主体的自信和社会对意识形态公理的接受确保了这种意识形态体系的全面统治,认为西方政治制度是最先进的,能保障全体民众享有最高水平的自由、福利和参与政治的权利,自信所有国家迟早都会采取这种制度,西方应该帮助他们,并同反民主的势力作斗争。
The modern Western society,which preaches ideological pluralism,has an ideological tendency in foreign policy,and they try to push their ideological ruling system to the world. On the one hand,the international conflict after the end of the Cold War bears the influence of the division of power of the " Yalta Agreement",on the other hand,it has a more serious ideological basis,that is,ideological rule,and pro-western democratic forces are supported by practical assistance and public opinion. The dominant ideology of modern Western society has become a secularized religion on sacred concepts such as human rights,democracy,market economy and universal values,and has tried to impersonate as a scientific and universal system,showing a trend of ideological monism in essence. Relying on the self-confidence of the subject and the acceptance of the society to the ideological axiom,they ensured the overall domination of this ideological system. Its basic proposition is that the Western political system is the most advanced,it can guarantee the people to enjoy the highest level of freedom,welfare and participation in the political right,and they are confident that all countries will adopt this system sooner or later,so the West should help them and fight against the forces of anti-democracy.
