摘要
《劳动经济学》课程的理论性较强,涉及众多的图形推导、模型分析、实证研究,为提高此门课程的教学效果,可采用"案例演讲"与"案例研讨"相结合的办法。在案例选择中应以章节核心内容为基础,联系基本概念与原理,将分析方法贯穿其中。具体组织方式包括学生分组、案例准备、课堂案例演讲及集体讨论、案例评价及内容拓展四个步骤。此教学方法的运用极大提高了课堂教学的活力与效率,充分发挥了学生学习的主动性与创造性。
The course of labor economics is very theoretical,and it involves a lot of graphic derivation,model analysis,and empirical studies.In order to improve the teaching effect,we can use the method of "case speech" and "case study".In the case selection,the basic concepts and principles should be based on the core content of each chapter,and the analysis method will be used throughout the case.The specific organization mode includes four steps:student grouping,case preparation,class case speech and group discussion,case evaluation and content expansion.The application of this teaching method greatly improves the vitality and efficiency of classroom teaching and gives full play to the initiative and creativity of students' learning.
