摘要

随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展,档案管理工作在新形势的影响下已发生了巨大变化。传统的档案管理方法已难以满足当今社会的发展需求,要想保证档案管理工作更加的规范、高效,就要对传统的档案管理方法进行不断创新,提高档案管理力度。本文对新形势下档案管理工作的规范化进行了详细分析,从档案管理工作应坚持的原则入手,介绍了新形势下我国档案管理的现状,阐述了新形势下档案管理工作规范化的必要性及要求,并提出了在新形势下使档案管理工作规范化的新方法,以供参考。
        With the rapid development of social economy in China,great changes have taken place in archives management under the influence of the new situation.Traditional archives management methods have been difficult to meet the development needs of today's society.In order to ensure more standardized and efficient archives management,we must constantly innovate the traditional archives management methods and improve the intensity of archives management.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the standardization of archives management under the new situation.Starting from the principles that archives management should adhere to,it introduces the current situation of archives management in China under the new situation,expounds the necessity and requirements of standardization of archives management under the new situation,and puts forward new methods for standardization of archives management under the new situation for reference.
