塑料包书膜中邻苯类增塑剂含量和迁移量的检测研究

摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱法定量分析20批次塑料包书膜中6种邻苯类增塑剂的含量,并研究其迁移行为。采用二氯甲烷索氏提取,正己烷、橄榄油和人工汗液浸泡等方式处理样品,全扫描定性目标物,选择离子扫描定量。10批次包书膜样品检出DEHP,研究塑料包书膜中DEHP的迁移行为得出,DEHP的迁出量随着迁移时间的增加而增加。单面浸泡所迁移出的DEHP较双面浸泡要少,可能包书皮的背面胶黏剂中也含有增塑剂。正己烷与橄榄油相比是更为苛刻的油性模拟液;由于邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂为脂溶性物质,因此DEHP不能在人工汗液中实现迁移行为。塑料包书膜产品中含有增塑剂是较为普遍的现象,应尽量避免与儿童青少年长时间接触,并杜绝与油脂性物品接触。
        Bjective The contents of 6 kinds of phthalic plasticizers in 20 batches of plastic films for books and their migration behaviors were analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Method Dichloromethane soxhlet extraction, N-hexane soaking, olive oil soaking, artificial sweat soaking solutions were used to process the samples, the targets were qualitatively characterized by full scan, and ion scanning was selected for quantification. Result DEHP were detected from 10 batches of samples, and their migration quantities increased with the migration time; and such concentrations of samples in one side immersion were lower than those in full immersion, which proved that the adhesive on the back of the film may also contain plasticizer. The migration of DEHP from plastic films to the n-hexane solution was easier than to olive oil solution, but difficult to migrate in human being's sweat. Conclusion Plastic films for books containing plasticizers were so common as to be necessarily avoided contact not only contact with children for a long time, but absolutely contact with oily goods.
