摘要
机械化技术的不断优化为多元化产业提供了新的发展方向,特别是挤压机的使用为各类材料的固型提供了技术支持。由此,需要重视铜挤压设备的工作运维护情况,利用科学的方法进行设备维护,防治横梁等设备的机械故障问题。因此,务必重视科学的优化方法,保证设备运行的科学性,提高产业的效率。基于上述,本文分析了横梁的受力情况,针对其受力因素展开综合性探索,并提出优化策略。
The continuous optimization of mechanization technology has provided a new direction for the diversified industries,especially the use of extruders has provided technical support for the solidification of various materials. Therefore, attention should be paid to the operation and maintenance of copper extrusion equipment, and scientific methods should be used to maintain equipment and prevent mechanical failure of cross beam and other equipment. Therefore, we must pay attention to scientific optimization methods to ensure the scientific operation of equipment and improve the efficiency of the industry. Based on the above, this paper analyses the stress situation of the cross beam, explores comprehensively its stress factors, and puts forward optimization strategies.
