摘要
采用真空低温蒸馏工艺进行废乳化液处置的中试试验,探讨真空低温蒸馏工艺处置不同来源、类型与浓度废乳化液的技术经济可行性。结果表明:真空低温蒸馏工艺处理废乳化液的COD去除率可在96%以上,对于不同类型废乳化液的浓缩倍率在6倍左右;真空低温蒸馏工艺处置废乳化液成本在300元/吨左右,较传统蒸发工艺可节约成本近50元/吨。真空低温蒸馏工艺处理效果好、操作简单、经济性好,在废乳化液处置中具有较好的应用前景。
        This study investigates the feasibility of using vacuum cryogenic distillation technology for the disposal of the waste emulsion by piloting experiments. The concentrating efficiency towards different waste emulsion produced from different industries, and characteristics with different COD concentrations is evaluated and the technical and economic feasibility was evaluated thereafter. Results indicated that the vacuum cryogenic distillation equipment may achieve the COD removal of as high as over 96 %, and the obtained concentration ratios were near to 6 with respect to different waste emulsions. The operation cost of electricity, labor, and accessories is calculated to be 300 RMB to dispose 1 ton emulsion, which is near to 50 RMB lower than the conventional distillation process. The vacuum cryogenic distillation process achieves good performance, and is potentially valuable for the disposal of waste emulsion in practice.
