摘要

文章以上海市市级医院建设中的造价管理为研究内容,在理解医院建设基本功能需求与特殊功能需求的基础上,利用"1+X"模式有效地识别与分析项目造价的组成,对于基本需求造价管理进行总结,并初步衡量特殊功能需求造价,探索合适的工程造价制定过程。在满足项目复杂功能需求的基础上,控制造价超标问题。
        This paper takes the cost management in the construction of municipal hospitals as the research content. On the basis of understanding the basic functional requirements and special functional requirements of hospital construction, the "1+X" model is used to effectively identify and analyze the composition of project cost. Then we summarizes the cost of basic demand and initially measures the cost of special function requirements. We also try to explore the appropriate engineering cost development process. On the basis of meeting the complex functional requirements of the project, the problem of excessive cost is controlled in some extent.
