摘要

文章通过上海申康医院发展中心下属上海市卫生基建管理中心在"十五"至"十三五"期间的项目实践,提出医院建设项目投资控制管理模式、全寿命周期的控制措施,以及建设项目财务管理工作重点,为医院建设项目的投资控制及财务管理提供参考。
        This paper proposes the hospital construction project investment control management mode, the whole life cycle control measures and the construction project financial management.The construction management of Shanghai hospital is provided with reference value by the Shanghai health capital administration center under the Shanghai Shenkang hospital development center during the period from the tenth five-year plan to the thirteenth five-year plan.
