摘要
转台具有模拟弹体姿态运动的功能,在导弹控制系统半实物仿真试验中转台是不可缺少的部件。按机械结构可将转台分为立式转台和卧式转台,其对应的欧拉角转序不同。弹道导弹通常在发射坐标系下解算,其姿态欧拉角转序一般为"321",通常采用卧式转台进行半实物仿真,然而卧式转台不能满足全射向发射的仿真需求。为此通过推导"321"和"231"转序姿态角之间的转换关系,采用立式转台实现弹道导弹全射向半实物仿真。并以某导弹控制系统半实物仿真为例验证了该技术的正确性和有效性。实现了立式转台能力拓展。
The turntable has the function of simulating the attitude motion of missile body. Therefore, the turntable is an indispensable component of the hardware in the loop simulation of missile control system. According to the mechanical structure, the turntable can be divided into vertical turntable and horizontal turntable, and the corresponding Euler angles are different. Usually the trajectory of the ballistic missile is calculated in the launching coordinate, the order of Euler angles is "321", usually adopting horizontal turntable for semi-physical simulation.However, the horizontal turntable can not meet the need of the whole direction of shooting for semi-physical simulation. Therefore, the relationship between the derivation of "321" and "231" to order the attitude angle will be established, the vertical turntable is adoptedinthe ballistic missile semi-physical simulation, and a missile control system semi-physical simulation as an example will be used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the technology. The ability development of vertical turntable has been realized.
