大口径枪弹弹头外形优化与气动特性

摘要
为提高大口径枪弹飞行稳定性和射击密集度,对大口径枪弹弹头外形优化与气动特性进行研究。以12.7 mm机枪弹弹头为对象,建立弹头3维造型,定量分析其弧形部半径、弧形部长度、船尾角度和船尾长度,结合数值模拟获取弹头飞行过程中的压力云图和阻力系数的变化曲线,提出优化后的弹头外形参数,得出外形变化对弹头气动特性的一般影响规律。仿真结果表明:该研究能优化弹头外形设计,对大口径枪弹弹头外形设计及气动特性具有一定的参考价值。
        In order to improve the flight stability and shooting intensity of large caliber bullets,the shape optimization and aerodynamic characteristics of large caliber bullets are studied.Taking the 12.7 mm machine gun projectile as the object,the 3D shape of the warhead was established,and the radius of the curved part,the length of the curved part,the stern angle and the length of the stern were quantitatively analyzed.The numerical simulation was used to obtain the change curve of pressure cloud and drag coefficient during the flight of the warhead.The optimized warhead shape parameters are proposed,and the general influence law of shape change on the aerodynamic characteristics of the warhead is obtained.The simulation results show that the study can optimize the shape design of the warhead and has certain reference value for the shape design and aerodynamic characteristics of the large caliber bullet.
