摘要

为了促进区域统筹、三产联动,实施乡村振兴战略,以任丘市尚书村为例,在现场调研的基础上,进行了尚书村田园综合体规划设计。针对尚书村产业发展基础薄弱、地域特色挖掘不足等问题,提出田园综合体规划要在项目布局和业态发展上与农业产业有机融合,以农业产业为主导产业,充分整合自身现状区位、产业、环境等资源优势,努力按照农田田园化、产业融合化、城乡一体化的规划方案,以此为指导,在发展模式、产业规划、区域旅游、支撑体系等方面进行建设,努力建成宜居宜游宜业宜产的现代"田园综合体"试点典范,让农民得到实惠的经济收益,提升生活环境水平。
        In order to promote regional co-ordination and three-product linkage,and implement of the rural revitalization strategy,Shangshu village of Renqiu city was taken as an example.Base on site investigation,the planning and design of Shangshu village's pastoral complex was carried out.In view of the weak foundation of Shangshu village's industrial development and the lack of excavation of regional characteristics,it was proposed that the integrated rural planning should be organically integrated with the agricultural industry in terms of project layout and format development,with the agricultural industry as the leading industry,fully integrating its current status,industry and environment.In view of resource advantages,we have strived to build a development model,industrial planning,regional tourism and support system in accordance with the planning schemes of farmland idylization,industrial integration,and urban-rural integration,and strived to build a livable and suitable city.The modern"idyllic complex"pilot model would enable farmers to obtain affordable economic benefits and improve the living environment.
