摘要

目的探究超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术对高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法本次研究对象选自我院2016年2月至2018年3月收治的90例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各45例患者。对照组采取常规大骨瓣开颅手术治疗,观察组采取超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的血肿清除率为93.33%,并发症发生率为4.44%,病死率为2.22%,手术时间为(3.45±1.21)h,住院时间为(21.27±1.16)d,各项观察指标均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术对高血压脑出血的治疗效果更佳。
        Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The subjects were selected from 90 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional large craniotomy. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage of small bone window. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The hematoma clearance rate of the observation group was 93.33%, the complication rate was 4.44%, the mortality rate was 2.22%, the operation time was(3.45±1.21)hours, and the hospitalization time was(21.27±1.16)days. Both were significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ultra-early small bone window minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage is better for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
