摘要
目的探讨中老年用户群体对微信食品安全信息的采纳意愿。方法在整合式技术接受模型(UTAUT2)基础上,引入感知风险和信息特性2个因素,从主客观角度构建中老年用户群体对微信食品安全信息采纳意愿的影响因素模型。采用问卷调查,收集401份有效数据,用AMOS21.0对模型进行检验及修正。结果结构方程模型拟合较好,各因素对行为意愿的影响系数由高到低依次为享乐动机(β=0.351)、信息特性(β=0.259)、便利条件(β=0.234)、绩效期望(β=0.123)、价格价值(β=0.081)、感知风险(β=0.068);行为意愿对使用行为的影响系数β值为0.957。结论绩效期望、享乐动机、便利条件、信息特性对行为意愿产生正向影响(P<0.05);感知风险、价格价值对行为意愿影响不显著(P>0.05);行为意愿对使用行为产生正向影响(P<0.05)。面向中老年的食品安全信息服务时,应加强信息的审核力度,扩宽信息内容的适用性,提供可靠的信息服务以满足用户需要
        Objective In order to explore the willingness of middle-aged and elderly users to adopt food safety information of WeChat, this paper tries to find an effective channel of food safety information service for middle-aged and elderly people.Methods Combined with the characteristics of middle-aged and WeChat social media, this paper introduced perceived risk and information characteristics, into the integrated technology acceptance model(UTAUT2), and established a research model of influencing factors on the adoption intention of WeChat food safety information from subjective and objective perspectives.401 pieces of valid data were collected through questionnaire survey, and the model was verified. Results The structural equation model was well fitted, and the factors affected behavior intention from high to low as followed: hedonic motivation(β=0.351), information characteristics(β=0.259), facilitating conditions(β =0.234), performance expectancy(β =0.123), price value(β =0.081), perceived risk(β =0.068); the influencing coefficient of behavior intention on usage behavior(β =0.957).Conclusion Performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions and information characteristics have a positive impact on behavior intention(P<0.05). Perceived risk and price value have no significant impact on behavior intention( P>0.05). Behavior intention have a positive impact on usage behavior(P<0.05). When facing food safety information services for middle-aged and elderly people, we should strengthen the review of information, expand the applicability of information content, and provide reliable information services to meet users' needs.
