摘要

卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是运用辅助生殖技术(ART)过程中所引起的医源性并发症,是指用诱导排卵药物刺激多个卵泡发育、卵巢增大、雌激素水平升高、毛细血管通透性增高等,引发全身血流动力学的病理变化。本病因卵巢对外源性促性腺激素的高反应,从而造成了大量体液聚集体腔内,导致患者出现胸水或腹水等现象,严重时还会造成血液的浓缩,甚至危及生命。其发病率随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的广泛应用而逐渐增高。因此,治疗和预防本病是现代应用辅助生殖技术成功率的重要因素。导师结合多年临床经验,根据本病的中西医的病因、发病机制、治疗等,以中医"治未病"等整体思维治疗及预防本病。
        Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS) is an iatrogenic complication caused by assisted reproductive technology(ART). The incidence of OHSS increases with the widespread use of assisted reproductive technology(ART). The treatment and prevention of OHSS is an important factor in the success rate of modern assisted reproductive technology. Xiatian combined with many years of clinical experience, according to the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, to treat and prevent diseases with the holistic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine, and achieved good results.
