摘要

整理了李云英教授从脾论治喉痹的经验。李云英教授认为:喉痹的发生、发展及临床证候与肺、脾、肝、肾等脏腑的功能失调有关,与脾胃气虚、脾土功能失调关系尤为密切;临床治疗应重视健脾益气之法,多选用党参、太子参等健脾益气之品以使脾气得复,清阳上输至咽喉,咽喉功能得以恢复;岭南地区的喉痹患者,脾虚湿困证较为常见,可予参苓白术散、六君子汤等加减以健脾燥湿。
        The experience of Professor LI Yun-Ying in treating pharyngitis based on the regulation of spleen wassummarized. Professor LI Yun-Ying believes that the pathogenesis,development and clinical manifestations ofpharyngitis are closely related with the dysfunction of lung, spleen, liver and kidney, in particular with thedeficiency of spleen-stomach Qi and the dysfunction of spleen; the therapeutic principle for pharyngitis isstrengthening spleen and replenishing Qi,and herbs for strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi such as RadixCodonopsis and Radix Pseudostellariae were frequently adopted to promote the recovery of spleen Qi, thus toenhance the upward flow of lucid yang to the throat and to recover the function of throat;for pharyngitis patients inthe region of South of the Five Ridges,their predominant syndrome is spleen deficiency with dampness retention,and Shen Ling Baizhu Powder and Liujunzi Decoction were commonly used for strengthening spleen and dryingdampness.
