甘肃省县域经济发展差异与空间特征研究

摘要
县域经济作为我国具有独特地位的一种行政区划经济,在整个国民经济体系中饰演着极端重要的角色。本研究以甘肃省69个县(包括县级市)为对象,应用因子分析法进行实证研究,提出综合经济实力、产业结构分布、社会消费能力、农业发展水平、居民社会福利和牧业发展水平共计6个公因子,以经济发展水平综合得分为依据进行聚类,深刻剖析了甘肃省县域经济发展差异及其空间特征。结果表明:在所有影响因子中,综合经济实力居于主导位置,但产业结构分布等其余5个公因子的作用也不可忽视;甘肃省县域经济整体发展水平落后且区域发展差异明显,表现出"两极分化、西强南弱"的空间特征;通过系统聚类将甘肃省县域划分为发达型、较发达型、中等型和欠发达型,从产业结构优化、交通网络完善、要素资本投入、政府政策扶持四个方面对缩小甘肃省县域经济发展差异、提高县域经济发展质量提出启示。
As an administrative division economy with unique status in China,county economy plays an extremely important role in the whole national economic system.This research takes 69 counties(including county-level cities)in Gansu province as the object of study,and uses factor analysis method to carry out empirical research.It puts forward six common factors including comprehensive economic strength,industrial structure distribution,social consumption capacity,agricultural development level,residents' social welfare and animal husbandry development level.Based on the comprehensive score of economic development level,the development differences and spatial characteristics of county-level economy in Gansu province is clustered and analyzed profoundly.The results show that among all the influencing factors,the comprehensive economic strength is in the leading position,but the role of the other five common factors like the distribution of industrial structure can not be ignored;the overall level of development of county economy in Gansu province is backward and regional development differences are obvious,showing the spatial characteristics of"polarization,strong in the west and weak in the south";the county areas in Gansu province are divided into developed,more developed,medium-sized and underdeveloped ones through systematic clustering.From the four aspects of industrial structure optimization,transportation network improvement,factor capital investment and government policy support,this paper puts forward enlightenment to narrow the disparity of county economic development in Gansu province and improve the quality of county economic development.
