摘要
为了鉴定晋中地区鸡致病性大肠杆菌,利用传统细菌鉴定方法及16S rDNA序列分析,对分离自晋中地区养殖场送检的30只病死鸡肝中的疑似大肠杆菌菌株进行鉴定及遗传进化分析。结果表明:分离出8株致病性不同的大肠杆菌;鉴定出O78、O2、O11共3种血清型;8株菌均为多药耐药菌,其中对5种及5种以上抗菌药物耐药的菌株达到总分离菌株的87.5%;将8株菌株的16S rDNA基因序列与GenBank中登录的大肠杆菌参考株的16S rDNA基因序列进行比对,同源率均达到99%。经MEGA6.0软件分析后,其位于不同的分支上。本研究结果为进一步研究致病性大肠杆菌的耐药性和对晋中地区大肠杆菌病的有效防治奠定了一定基础。
        This study aims to identify pathogenic Escherichia coli in chicken.A total of 30 random samples of sick or dead chickens were collected from Jinzhong Prefecture,and suspected E.coli in the liver was isolated and cultured.The isolated strains were detected by the traditional bacterial identification method and the 16S rDNA sequences were analyzed.The results showed that eight isolated E.coli strains had different pathogenicity.Three different serotypes were identified as O78,O2 and O11.All 8 strains were multi-drug resistant bacteria,among which the 5 or more strain resistant antimicrobial agents reached 87.5% of the total isolated strains.The 16 S r DNA gene sequences of 8 strains were contrasted with those of the E.coli reference strains in Gen Bank,and the homology ratio reached 99%.When analyzed with start software(MEGA6.0),the 16S rDNA gene sequences of 8 strains were located on different branches.The results showed that more study need to be conducted on the drug resistance of pathogenic E.coli to find an effective prevention and treatment of colibacilosis in Jinzhong Prefecture.
