摘要
以内侧进浇的医药瓶盖注塑模应用热流道技术为例,通过对塑件结构分析,针对该产品注塑成型工艺的难点设计了延伸式热流道系统。通过分析此模具中热上模的结构及总结技术要点,详述了热流道板、延伸式热喷嘴和浇口的设计,并对关键零部件进行了功率和热膨胀计算。经生产实践,该延伸式热流道系统结构合理,成型顺畅,能显著提高塑件质量和产量。
        As an example of hot runner application for production of medical bottle caps, an inside-gating system was found to be required for the injection mold after analyzing the structure of plastic part. Therefore, an extending hot runner system was designed to solve the difficulty in the caps injection molding. The hot-half mold structure was analyzed and its technical highlights were summarized in this article. The designs of manifold, the extending nozzle and gate were described and calculated especially for power and expansion. Through the practical production, this extending hot runner system was found to improve the production yield and quality with a smooth molding process under the reasonable design.
