基于正交试验的汽车收纳盒注塑调机参数优化

摘要
通过正交试验和模流分析对汽车收纳盒注塑生产的调机参数进行了优化试验,以影响收纳盒使用装配的体积收缩率和y方向翘曲变形两个性能指标为标的,得出了生产注塑的最佳工艺参数组合;同时得出影响这两个性能指标最大的参数是保压压力和熔体温度,在调机注塑时应优先调试这2个参数。经生产实证,生产出的产品厂家顺利验收。实践证明,采用正交试验可有针对性地高效实现调节塑件某个性能指标的参数调试,在塑料企业和模具企业具有广泛的推广价值。
        This process may result in high labor and material costs. The adjusting machine parameters of injection molding for a car storage box were optimized by the orthogonal experiment and mold flow analysis. The optimum combination of process parameters for injection molding was obtained based on the two performance indexes of volume shrinkage and y-direction warpage. The most important parameters affecting the two performance indexes were the holding pressure and melt temperature, which should be adjusted first during the injection molding process. Injection molding production revealed that the injection-molded products were successfully confirmed and accepted by manufacturers. These results proved that the parameters for a certain performance index of plastic part could be effectively adjusted by using orthogonal experiment, and this method had a promising application prospect for other plastic and mould companies.
