摘要
在手机比色法基础上,建立了直接测量值与间接测量值之间的函数关系,提出了基于误差传递规律的苏丹红浓度测定新方法。以3款不同类型手机作为取样设备,探讨了标准系列苏丹红样液的最优测定条件。结果表明,改进后的手机比色法有较好的精密度。苏丹红样液的间接测量值与浓度变化趋势一致,其中i Phone 5S测定的蓝色值与浓度线性关系最优,线性范围为1. 2~4. 8 mg/L,检出限为0. 338 mg/L,将该方法用于苏丹红溶液的测定,回收率为99. 6%~113. 2%,稳定性和可靠性符合测定要求。
        On the basis of mobile phone colorimetry,a function relationship was established between the direct and indirect values of image color,and a new method for determination of Sudan red concentration based on error transfer law was proposed. Three different types of mobile phones were used as sampling devices to investigate the optimal measurement conditions for the standard Sudan red sample solution. Results showed that the improved mobile phone colorimtry had better precision. The indirect measurement values showed a similar variation trend with concentration of Sudan red. The linear relationship between values of blue determined by i Phone 5S and concentration was the best,the linear range was 1.2~4.8 mg/L and the detection limits were 0.338 mg/L. The method was applied to the determination of Sudan red solution,and the recoveries were 99.6% ~ 113.2%. The stability and reliability of the method met the requirements of measurement.
