摘要
针对下运巷道带式输送机由于工作面倾角过大而在进行制动时易导致飞车、断带和埋机头等事故的现状,分析了运输机制动装置存在的不足,并根据制动装置的改进要求,对运输机制动装置的结构、部件选材和液压系统进行了优化。通过现场应用表明,优化后的制动装置满足下运带式输送机的安全制动要求。
In view of the current situation that belt conveyor in downward laneway is liable to cause accidents such as flying car, broken belt and buried head when braking due to excessive inclination of working face, the shortcomings of brake device of transport mechanism are analyzed, and the structure, material selection of components and hydraulic system of brake device of transport mechanism are optimized according to the improvement requirements of brake device. Field application shows that the optimized braking device meets the safety braking requirements of downward belt conveyor.
