摘要

针对国内农药学专业人才的短缺,结合青岛农业大学药学专业农药方向的特色,总结了在实践教学中的课程定位与规划、实践平台与基地的建设与完善以及实践环节的考核与管理的成效。近十年的实践表明,在实践教学中的改革与创新促进了农药学科方向的发展,有利于创新型、实践型人才的培养。
        Aiming at the shortage of professional talents of pesticide science,combined with the pesticide science characteristics of pharmacy specialty in Qingdao Agricultural University,this paper summarized the orientation and planning of curriculum,the construction and improvement of the practical platform and base,and the evaluation and management of the practice. The practice of the past ten years showed that the reform and innovation in practice teaching has promoted the development of the direction of pesticide science,and was conducive to the cultivation of innovative and practical talents.
