摘要
社会的发展进步离不开人才的贡献,如何吸引人才、留住人才一直是社会关注的话题。河南省在落实自我发展的同时,积极响应国家人才发展战略,积极为打造人才高地而不断努力。从河南省打造人才高地战略面临的问题出发,积极探讨阐述研究了相应的应对策略,以期能为河南省打造人才高地战略提供帮助。
The development of society is inseparable from the contribution of talents. How to attract talents and retain talents has always been a topic of social concern. While implementing self-development, Henan Province actively responds to the national talent development strategy and actively strives to build a talented highland. Starting from the problems faced by Henan Province in building a talent highland strategy, this paper actively explores and studies the corresponding coping strategies, in order to help Henan Province create a talent highland strategy.
